Paige Spiranac knows better than most that a golf swing is extremely technical. Every single aspect must be right to be successful. If the hands drop a few inches from where they should be, things can go awry. That’s true for every piece of the golf swing, from head to toe.
The golf content creator has been analyzing her swing lately using slow-motion videos. She’s trying to get a better feel for what is and is not working well with it, and she’s discovered that her chest has a lot to do with her golf swing.

The golf content creator has been analyzing her swing lately using slow-motion videos. She’s trying to get a better feel for what is and is not working well with it, and she’s discovered that her chest has a lot to do with her golf swing. Per her own report, it is ‘wild’ how much it plays a role. She shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, her findings:
“I’ve been doing these slow mo videos and in all seriousness, it’s wild seeing what my chest has to do through the swing so my arms can clear lol I can totally understand why women with larger chests who pick up the game feel stuck and uncomfortable.”
She added that her tip is under on the right arm but over the chest on the left when she sets up. Spiranac also cautioned players in her situation to stand a little further away from the ball to help alleviate any issues.
Spiranac has been on a mission to improve her golf swing. She recently enlisted the help of a golf coach who pointed a few things out. The golfer has also been working with Bryson DeChambeau to help remove some issues as well.
This website really has all the information I wanted about this subject and didn’t know who to ask.
